Start me up …

My manager announced his departure this morning. I consider this a wake up call because he is one of the few people at the company that I can relate to when it comes to technical expertise.

This got me thinking about my own future and where I want to be. Things around here are going to be changing real soon and I need to figure out my own game plan. My long term goal is to have my own business. And since I’m not getting any younger, I should get a move on it. My manager’s career change opened my eyes again.
